B.AN.E possesses a deep understanding of the formidable barriers to successful
re-entry, driven by a personal connection shared by its founders. Many within the B.AN.E leadership have experienced incarceration themselves or have worked within
correctional facilities, providing them with an intimate insight into the challenges at hand.Recognizing the pressing need for a re-entry model that evolves in step with the
complex struggles facing our nation, society, and individuals, B.AN.E is committed to a
transformative vision. Our mission centers on reshaping the re-entry model to mitigate
recidivism rates and reunite women with their children and families.
B.AN.E's approach is laser-focused on addressing the paramount factors that
significantly impact the lives of women behind prison doors: mental health, trauma, and substance abuse. Our work is grounded in the framework of building an
Empire-Ment state of mind. Through these Empire-Ment building blocks, we aim to empower and restore the whole woman, offering a path to lasting transformation.
